If you have symptoms or Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns, please call your health care provider BEFORE visiting a health care facility. We have established a triage system for patients with symptoms, and have designated locations for testing. Visit for up-to-date information.

Masking Policy: To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are requiring everyone in our facilities to wear a face mask. If you do not have your own cloth face covering, a disposable mask will be provided to you.
